Join us for a delicious and inspiring afternoon of culinary excellence as part of the Spring Highland Festival 2026. This live demonstration celebrates the very best of local seasonal produce, with a special focus on Highland Spring Lamb.

We are delighted to welcome two outstanding local chefs back to the stage for this year’s festival. Theo, Head Chef at the acclaimed Links House at Royal Dornoch, is renowned for his refined approach to seasonal ingredients. He is joined by Simon, Professional Cookery & Hospitality Lecturer at the UHI, who brings expert technical knowledge and a passion for teaching.

Together, they will showcase the versatility of Highland Spring Lamb, sharing professional techniques and creative inspiration that you can take back to your own kitchen.
