This December, tradition turns on its head as Chef Theo and front of house expert Fraser swap roles for one night only. Fraser returns to the kitchen, bringing his experience as an Executive Chef who once cooked for King Charles (then Prince of Wales), while Theo takes to the dining room with charm and elegance.
Adding to the surprise, Kyle Brown, Guest Relations Duty Manager, will serve as guest sommelier. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and personality promise a night of pairings and storytelling unlike any other. Expect an intimate evening of role reversals, Highland flavours, and festive fun.

Dates: Saturday 20th December 2025 – arrival for seating at 7pm
Seats: Limited to 12 guests per evening
Cost: £80 per guest
Optional Drinks Flight: £50 per guest, payable on the night
