Join us for an extraordinary edition of our Anteroom Monthly Supper Club – Behind the Bubbles. A candlelit celebration of Champagne and cuisine, held in the intimate Anteroom at Links House.
On Friday 8th and Saturday 9th August 2025, we partner with the esteemed Champagne house Joseph Perrier, crafting a five-course tasting menu that mirrors the finesse, flavour, and artistry of their iconic cuvées. Each dish, created by Chef Theo, will be paired with Joseph Perrier Champagnes, bringing depth and storytelling to every sip and bite. Our host for the evening is Martin Gammon MW (Master of Wine), representing Joseph Perrier. With his unparalleled knowledge, engaging charm, and deep connection to the house, Martin will guide guests through a Champagne journey like no other.
With just 12 seats available, expect an elegant, immersive evening hosted by Chef Theo, Fraser, The Master of the House, and Martin Gammon MW — a trio known for their warmth, humour, and hospitality.
