Balloan Steading East and West – Two self-contained houses, East and West each sleeping up to eight which can be booked separately or together and opened up to form one huge house.

Balloan Steading offers extremely flexible accommodation and is pet friendly. Two self-contained houses, each with four en suite bedrooms, which can be opened up to make one large house sleeping up to sixteen. Each house has its own open plan sitting / kitchen/ dining area, and great big dining tables for large get-togethers. Fantastic views over the Dornoch Firth, wood burning stoves, with a pool table and /or air hockey table. We also have electric car charging points and parking for eight cars.
