This traditional, yet modern house is situated only 100m from the Royal Dornoch championship golf course.  The modern kitchen diner leads through into a large sitting room with log burner. The downstairs bedroom and large shower room is suitable for people who find stairs a challenge, and there are easy ramps on the outside doors. Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms and a bathroom.

The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, storage for walking boots, fishing gear or golf clubs and the door leads directly towards the golf course.

Outside there is a partly-covered patio, ideal for afternoon tea, looking onto the raised beds planted with bilberries and heathers – inspired by the mountain top flora.  There is also a lawn and off street parking for 2 cars at the back.

Minimum booking 3 nights @ £325 per night

Christmas & New Year £1,600 per week or minimum 3 nights @ £350 per night
