Highland Thrive CIC is a Highlands-based social enterprise working at the intersection of workforce development, inclusive employment and community capacity building.
We partner with employers, public bodies and third sector organisations to strengthen local labour markets, improve access to opportunity and deliver measurable social and economic impact.
For Employers
We provide practical, intelligence-led workforce solutions tailored to the realities of rural and semi-rural labour markets.
Our support includes:

- Partnership brokerage with community and training providers
Much of our core recruitment support is delivered at no cost through public sector employability contracts. Additional workforce consultancy and project support is available where required.
For Individuals
We deliver structured, person-centred employability support designed to move people towards sustainable work. Our approach combines practical job search support with barrier reduction, confidence building and ongoing in-work support where needed.
For Third Sector Organisations
We act as a strategic partner to charities and community organisations seeking to strengthen delivery and expand impact. Our support includes:
